We do not offer refunds on items received as Kicktarter/Indiegogo rewards. However, certain rewards may be eligible for sizing exchanges. You'll have to ship the product to us at your own expense and also pay for return shipping. Please see the details for individual categories below.

UNDERWEAR & SOCKS

  1. All underwear/socks are shipped in permanently sealed packages.
  2. Once a package is unsealed, the underwear or sock is not eligible for an exchange.
  3. For any package that has not been opened, you can exchange the underwear/sock for a different size.
  4. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and is subject to availablity.
  5. To set up an exchange, please email hello@yathletics.com with the order number found on your shipment confirmation email or packing slip.
