MATERIAL
A beautiful blend of Merino Wool & Silver
The 2.0 socks are created with a higher micron merino wool that's more durable than the ultra fine grade used in our underwear. The merino is blended with a touch of acrylic to give it an extremely soft, pillowy texture for superb comfort. Abrasive areas are reinforced with high-strength nylon and finally, we engineered an all new metallic silver yarn with built-in stretch that runs throughout the core of the entire sock.

Unmatched odor protection
Our SilverAir yarns are flat, which means there's no inherent stretch in them. For sock 2.0, we combined the SilverAir yarns with spandex which allowed us to knit the silver continually throughout the entire product. While the base Merino is naturally bacteriostatic, silver neutralizes any bacteria it comes into contact with. This essentially gives sock 2.0 unmatched anti-odor performance that lasts the life of the product.

A high-density 200 needle knitting machine is used to construct these socks. We cushioned only the footbed to deliver incredible comfort without adding bulk. The toe caps are seamlessly knit to prevent any blisters and there are no open stitches on the inside. Turn the sock inside-out and you'll find a completely smooth surface that won't rub you the wrong way.

I’ve been a supporter of the first version socks…but these…oh my…these are just fantastic. I have tried and own a lot of high quality socks, including socks with silver threads and antimicrobial etc., but these FINALLY and TRULY deliver what they promise. Added bonus, they just feel amazing…I am not exaggerating when I say that I enjoy walking more since I got these socks. I will certainly get more and replace all my socks with SilverAir Merino Wool 2.0 socks. Bravo!
Life changing! Truly incredible socks!
I have been so excited about how well these socks are made and work, I bought a three pack for my family members for Christmas. I wanted to share the best secret in odor protection! Yes, these socks cost more, but the fact that they work as advertised makes it all worth it. I am a working man that wears steel toe boots all day long. My feet used to get hot and smell like a wet ape house after a long day of work. It was embarrassing. I used to have chronic foot odor. Those days are gone thanks to these socks and Y athletics! I can work a twelve hour shift, take off by boots and nothing….. What a great feeling. I have bought other socks that have claimed to have odor protection, but they were a sham. Most comfortable socks I have ever owned
I have owned both incarnations of silver air socks and the 2.0 are by far the most comfortable socks I have ever owned. Owned them for a week and a bit and worn them almost everyday and they are still going strong with next to no smell. I have both the Crew and Ankle 2.0. The crew socks are great aswelll... not too tight to wear for long periods and comfy as ****! One feature i miss from the 1.0 is the slightly tighter fit and the L/R shaping. But other than that another great product. Need to get some more soon to replace the rest of my sock collection haha!
